Finished Barn Quilt

I'm finally getting around to posting about my finished barn quilt, although it has been hanging on my wall for over a month. Life gets busy!

I really like how this turned out, I love my barns! I've been wanting to make this for a while, I'm so glad it is finished!


Here it is on my sewing table, the quilting all finished. I did a large cross hatch on the middle,

and a small cross hatch around the outside. I don't know why this picture came up sideways, it looks right on my computer. Spooky!

The back makes me smile! My son went to a garage sale, and brought me home a big tote of fabric that he got for $5. In it was this blue and white ticking with cows! What a perfect back for my little wall hanging!

Here it is! I came up with a new way to hang quilts on my wall so I don't have to keep putting new holes in it every time I change what is hanging there. What do you think?
