I love this quilt top!
know it is more than 50 - I'll have to count them again this year when I get them out, but I have several more than I had last year.
When I decided I wanted to make a Christmas wall hanging, it just seemed natural to make a Nativity Quilt. I was thrilled when I found this pattern!
I finished the top last year, but that was before I had my new sewing machine, so I haven't quilted it yet. I am planning to quilt it before Christmas this year.
Aren't these little figures adorable? The shapes are foundation pieced, and have batting inside them so the figures are 3 dimensional.
The instructions in the pattern were well done and easy to understand. I am so excited to get it finished and hanging up on the wall!
The name of the pattern is called "Christmas!", by Ruth Jensen. This is perfect for my Christmas decor - now if I can just decide how to quilt it and get busy! Any ideas???
This is just darling! Simple quilting so it doesn't detract. How is that for being non-helpful? lol
