How to set up an accurate 1/4 " seam.

I have heard so many questions about the quarter inch accufeed foot I decided to share what works for me.   Maybe this will help someone who is trying to get used to their Horizon.

I hope this helps. I sure learned a lot while making this tutorial!  Have a great day!!

  1. That was a very good tutorial, and I am not into quilting yet, but I do have the 7700. Now I know what to do. Thanks....Brandy

  2. Thank you! (I watched about half and later will have to come back and watch the whole thing.) I'll have to try your way when sewing other things with really narrow seams.

  5. So glad I re-watched and finished this. Jeanna, you did a great job. Now, I need to see if my New Home (Janome) will work the same way. (I inherited this machine, and it came with all kinds of books. But, I learn best when someone shows me.) Thanks again.

  8. That's a great tutorial. Now, you are not using the 1/4" foot, you are using the AccuFeed foot? So when sewing layers, that is the best to use right? Sorry, I just got my Horizon day before yesterday so I'm really new. Thanks.
