Little projects

I haven't posted about several of the projects I've been up to lately, but I haven't been slacking (too much). Here are a few of my projects:

I made a cute little flannel blanket for grandma's house, it took maybe 1/2 an hour?

I've got this all sandwiched and ready to quilt...

And I've been having fun making myself a few things!

My wonderful and talented friend (Ruth Ann!) made up a pattern for wallets, I think they turned out really well! They have a zipper pocket for change, credit card slots and inside pockets!

This is a little stand to hold up my Ipad!  I saw it on Pinterest and got the pattern here.  She first made one for her Ipod, then made a larger one for an Ipad.  I can set it up by my machine and watch Craftsy tutorials and all kinds of handy things like that!

And here's my cute little bag! Believe it or not, I made up the pattern.  It has pockets on the front and two sides (the side ones are big enough for a water bottle and my big sunglasses).

and pockets on the insides!  It closes with a tab or zipper. I stole a trick and I cannibalized a bag from the second hand store. I couldn't find all the strap accessories I wanted, and hey, that bag was only $1! I really like it, but I'm going to make another one with just a few little changes. I could really get into this bag making stuff - it might interfere with my quilting!
